Last Spring I sought your help in checking out homes in Asheville. You had no idea who I was as this was our first contact via Keller Williams internet site. I asked you for 2 days of your time to show me around and since my wife would not be along, I also told you not to expect a sale. You emailed me listings and when I arrived, you patiently showed me around in what had to be a marathon of showings that went from in-town townhouses to mountainside homes and development communties. At no time did I feel any pressure. But, you had to be wondering if this nut had any idea of what he was looking for or if he was serious. Once we had a contract, you took control of the local situation (mortgage, attorney’s, inspections) since we were in Connecticut and helped the sale smoothly progress to closing. We now have a gorgeous mountainside vacation home in Asheville with a killer view of the Blue Ridge Mountains that you helped negotiate for a great price and mortgage.
