I’ve known Karen Perry since the late Spring or Early summer of 2017. I was living in LA at the time. I had been considering Asheville, NC as a place to relocate after a long and drawn separation & divorce. I was browsing on the internet of various Real Estates sites looking at houses in Asheville and that’s how I met Karen Perry. On my next trip to Asheville Karen put together several properties for us to go see. I told her exactly what I was looking for and also what I was not interested in. The thing that impressed me right off the bat was that she listened to me. She never tried to push me into something I wasn’t interested in. She is a very honest, well informed, professional woman who knows her business and does her homework. It has always been a great pleasure to work with her. I ended up buying a house in South Asheville in October of 2017 with Karen as my Agent . She is a real joy to be associated with. I’m very pleased with my home and to this day Karen keeps me updated on the market in Asheville should I ever want to make any changes.
