I had an unusual and difficult set of circumstances when looking for a house to replace one lost in a tornado. The insurance company made us jump through many hoops to abide by their rules in what house I could buy, but Karen was patient through the whole process and kept us moving forward to meet the deadlines. I looked at MANY houses before finally buying one that she found. She never tired of showing me all there was out there.
She is a great person to have on your side in the negotiation process as well and I was confident that she was not going to let anything get overlooked. I recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy a house!
