We had the unfortunate situation of having to disengage with an agent team who failed to represent our best interests. We were extremely impressed with the way that Karen Perry stepped in for these other agents on a transaction fraught with either intentional deceit or grave incompetence. Not surprisingly, it did not end in a transaction but due to no fault of Karen’s. Karen is a stellar agent who knows what info a buyer wants and she’s extremely organized and responsive. Karen represents herself, her team and her buyers 110% positively. She deserves big kudos for taking over an awkward situation and making it not awkward at all. We highly recommend her.Tracy Brown
