Karen is such an amazing agent! As first-time home-buyers, there was a lot to navigate. But Karen was incredibly helpful and supportive the whole way through. She is always looking out for her clients, and she was on top of anything new coming to the market she thought we would like. Karen is also very prompt in returning phone calls and emails, which I really appreciated. She made us feel like we were her only clients because she listened intently to what we wanted, she made time for us if plans changed suddenly, and she never tried to show us houses outside of our price range. Even through times where the market was outside of our price range, she kept us in the loop and encouraged us to not lose hope. Beyond that, Karen is also just such a sweet, kind individual – she remembered little details and she took an interest in us as people, not just clients.
